I can’t sign in on a new device.
Use the same sign-in you used before: Sign in with Apple, or the same email address for an email code. Your quilts and stash come with you.
How do I cancel?
If you joined in the app, cancel in your iPhone or iPad Settings, under your name, Subscriptions. If you joined on the web, cancel in the app under Settings, Membership.
The app says “No grid found.”
Lay the fabric flat on your cutting mat so the 1-inch lines show around it, or tell the app the size of the piece, such as a fat quarter.
A cut list looks wrong.
Check Settings, Cutting: width of fabric, seam allowance, extra fabric and rounding are used for every cut list. If it still looks wrong, write to us with the quilt’s name.
