These terms cover the Quiltspiration app and the website myquiltspiration.com, made by Rockhounding Inc. By using them you agree to these terms.

Membership

The app is for members. Membership costs $59.99 a year or $7.99 a month in the United States, plus any tax. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime: in the App Store if you joined in the app, or in the app’s Settings or on this site if you joined on the web. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the store’s own refund rules or the law say otherwise.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or other people.

What you put in

Your quilts, fabric photos and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Patterns you scan are for your own use; scanning a pattern doesn’t give you the right to share or sell it, and the app never shares it.

Cut lists and calculations

Quiltspiration works out cut lists and yardage with standard quilting math and the settings you choose. Fabric widths, shrinkage and cutting vary, so check measurements before you cut, especially for fabric you can’t replace. We are not responsible for fabric that is cut or bought on the strength of a calculation.

The service

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for membership in the 12 months before it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes, and if the change matters to members we’ll say so in the app before it takes effect.
