How to sew a 12" Orange Peel block

Appliqué 4 petals onto 6½" background squares, tips in the corners. Cut the petals from template A, turn the edges under ¼" or use fusible web, and stitch them down.
Lay out the units as drawn and sew them into 2 rows. Press the seams of each row the opposite way from the one before so they nest, then sew the rows together. The block measures 12" finished, 12½" with seam allowance.
