How to sew a 12" Double Wedding Ring block

  1. Sew five arc pieces together for each of the four arcs: an end piece at each end and three middle pieces between them. Sew a cornerstone to each end of two of the arcs.

  2. Sew an arc to each curved side of a melon, matching the middles.

  3. Pin the center to the arcs one side at a time, matching middles and the cornerstone seams, and sew with the arcs on top. Rings join to their neighbors through the shared melons.
